Prospects look bleak for racing in UK before Christmas

Due to a second big freeze, it is becoming harder and harder to imagine any racing at Sedgefield, the only track with a card before this weekend in the UK. Course clerk Fergus Cameron said, “It’s minus 8C and still extremely cold. At the present time, the track, in my view, is unraceable.”
