Former distaff champion Fleet Indian euthanized

The 2006 champion older female, Fleet Indian, has been euthanized, according to the Blood-Horse.  The 10-year-old Indian Charlie mare had been hospitalized due to complications from colic. Fleet Indian retired with 13 victories from 19 starts and produced four foals during her breeding career.
