After a dominating 7 3/4 length victory in the San Felipe at Santa Anita, Premier Pegasus looks to be the top of the West Coast class despite finishing third behind The Factor in the Grade II San Vicente a few weeks back. “He relaxed perfectly in his first start without blinkers, showed an explosive turn of foot and finished like a horse who wants more distance,” said Alicia Wincze of the Lexington Herald-Leader.
