As the New Year gets underway at Aqueduct Racetrack, hosts Jason Blewitt, Andy Serling and Richard Migliore take a comprehensive look back at New York's stars of 2013 on the National Racing Report's “Year in Review,” available here.

From Princess of Sylmar, who began her year with a victory in the Busanda on the Big A's inner track, to reigning Horse of the Year Wise Dan's win in the Grade 2 Fourstardave at Saratoga Race Course, so many of the nation's outstanding thoroughbreds turned in memorable performances last year on The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) circuit.

Included in the half-hour show is footage from the Belmont Stakes won by Palace Malice, Will Take Charge's triumph in the Travers, and Flat Out's victory in the Cigar Mile Handicap, along with the winning efforts from Cross Traffic (Whitney Invitational Handicap), Point of Entry (Woodford Reserve Manhattan), Royal Delta (Personal Ensign), and Midnight Lucky (Acorn). As well, fillies Cluster of Stars and Dance to Bristol won multiple stakes on the NYRA circuit and 2-year-olds Honor Code, Strong Mandate and Cairo Prince joined Havana in giving fans a look ahead to this year's Triple Crown trail.

The show also includes juvenile filly standouts Sweet Reason and Artemis Agrotera, and wraps up with a remembrance of the popular New York-bred Saginaw, who won five straight races in 2013.
