Firing Line turned in a sharp final work for the Grade 3 Sunland Derby by working five furlongs in 59.80 seconds Sunday morning at Santa Anita.

The Daily Racing Form reports that the son of Line of David will travel to Sunland on Friday with several other horses from Southern California, including the Bob Baffert-trained Lord Nelson.

The talented filly Callback will also make the trip; the G1 winner will start in the listed Sunland Oaks.
