Officials in the Vietnamese city of Da Nang are considering a proposed $200 million investment from a Hong Kong company that would create a racetrack and breeding center.

According to VN Express International, one of the biggest challenges will be finding land to house the two projects in and around the coastal city.

Construction has been approved for a rack in Hanoi, north of Da Nang; that track, with a pricetag of $500 million, is set to open sometime after 2021.

Vietnam legalized sports betting in 2017, which the VN Express notes has led to a spike in interest from foreign investors wanting to build tracks there.
