In a modern take on the legendary past of Santa Anita Park, the the Arcadia, Calif., track's marketing team has constructed a timely commercial in preparation for the 82nd edition of the Winter Meeting set to get underway Wednesday, Dec. 26. The ‘Timeless Tradition' video showcases the feeling embodied by the many characters that make up the horse racing industry in Southern California.
“With Opening Day less than two weeks away it's the perfect time to debut a new campaign to help our fans get excited for the upcoming racing season,” said Nate Newby, Vice President of Marketing. “Our team did an excellent job capturing the tradition and elegance of Santa Anita, combined with the excitement and modernization of our iconic venue. This commercial embodies our brand with a nod to our history and a look forward as well, as we introduce a new generation to The Great Race Place.”
