No Injuries In Palm Beach Downs Fire; Man Arrested For Arson

A man has been charged with second-degree arson after fire caused about $50,000 in damages to the track kitchen at Palm Beach Downs in Delray Beach, Fla.

According to the Palm Beach Post, the building was unoccupied and no people or animals were hurt.

First responders were called to the area around 6:40 a.m. on Wednesday.

The man charged in the case is identified as 21-year-old Guillermo Rodriguez Torres, who was identified in the Post's report as homeless.
