Owners of a winning racehorse at Lingfield Park will no longer be receiving trophies. According to foodandwine.com, local distillery The Gin Kitchen has crafted a unique brand of gin including bits of turf from the racecourse itself, which will now be given away in lieu of the traditional trophy.
