Churchill Downs Incorporated Foundation today announced the opening of three separate 50/50 Charitable Raffle drawings that will be held during Kentucky Derby week, one drawing on each Thurby, Oaks and Derby days. For each raffle, participants will have the chance to win half of that day's raffle sales, with the other half of the day's raffle proceeds going toward the Churchill Downs Incorporated Foundation in support of its charitable initiatives, including Thoroughbred aftercare, arts and educational opportunities for backside employees and breast and ovarian cancer research and prevention.
New this year, raffle tickets will be sold online at www.DerbyGives.com. Derby fans across the nation will be able to purchase raffle tickets from their desktop computers or mobile devices.
Tickets for each raffle may be purchased from now until Thurby, Oaks and Derby days respectively. Raffle tickets are $5 and only open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are legal residents of the United States as of the date or purchase. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. For additional information and complete official raffle rules visit www.DerbyGives.com.
