Frank Stronach officially launched his election campaign on Thursday in Austria. The Adena Springs owner is currently getting about 10 percent support in opinion polls but 40 percent want to see Team Stronach in the next coalition government.

Stronach is an Austria native who went to Canada after World War II. He is the founder of Magna International, one of Canada's big companies. He is heading his party's ticket for seats in Austria's parliament.

“Austria is my homeland. My roots are here,” Stronach told the Toronto Sun.
