TVG, America's horse racing network and the industry-leading advanced-deposit wagering platform, will be broadcasting the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes sponsored by QIPCO exclusively this Saturday both on-air and streaming via TVG.com.
Champion Enable headlines the field of eleven rivals and will be trying to become the third horse in history to win two editions of the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes. She won this race in 2017 as a three-year-old and last year came stateside to win the Longines Breeders' Cup Turf (G1) at Churchill Downs. The King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes is part of the Breeders' Cup Challenge Series and the winner gets an automatic berth to the Breeders' Cup which will be held November 1-2 at Santa Anita in Arcadia, California.
Enable, two-time Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe (G1) winner, is a homebred for Prince Khalid Abdullah's Juddmonte Farms and is trained by John Gosden. She has won her last ten starts and will have regular rider Frankie Detorri aboard as she tries to stamp her ticket to the Longines Breeders' Cup Turf for the second consecutive year.
FanDuel Group, the parent company of TVG, recently announced a comprehensive multi-year sponsorship agreement with the Breeders' Cup, one of Thoroughbred racing's most prestigious international events to make TVG and FanDuel the official wagering partners of the Breeders' Cup World Championships.
