Surgery goes well for BC Marathon runner A.U. Miner

Trainer Clark Hanna said surgery on A.U. Miner, who was injured in the Breeders’ Cup Marathon, went well Monday.  The Thoroughbred Times says while the reports were “very initial,” the news was good following the surgery in Lexington to deal with fractures to A.U. Miner’s left front leg.
