Spendthrift Farm announced today that Archarcharch and Tizway have been sold and will take up stud duties in South Korea. The deal was brokered by agent Jun Park.

“Korea is always looking for opportunities to improve the country's breeding program,” said Park. “These stallions are a wonderful addition to Korea's stallion roster, and we are excited to be able to offer them to Korean breeders.”

As part of the sales agreement, Spendthrift has secured first right of refusal should the new owner ever decide to sell the stallions. In addition, Archarcharch and Tizway will be returned to the U.S. at the conclusion of their respective careers in the breeding shed.
