A.P. Prime, an 8-year-old CANTER purchase, is finding success at the top levels of three-day-eventing with a strong showing in Red Hills CIC** for owner Leah Lang-Gluscic. “AP” was profiled in the Paulick Report's OTTB Showcase last year.

Lang-Gluscic purchased the gelding for $750 from the Illinois division of CANTER, a website which helps trainers list Thoroughbreds in training for sale off the racetrack. The competition was the horse's first at the two-star level, but Lang-Gluscic said AP made the performance look easy.

“This cross-country run gets us one step closer to our goals of competing at the highest levels of the sport,” she told Off-Track Thoroughbreds. “And when your horse, who has only been eventing for a year and nine months, cruises around one of the toughest CIC** in the country with ease, you can't help but get excited for his future!!”
