Jump Start, the Mid-Atlantic region's leading sire, enters the 2016 season off another sensational year. His runners earned more than $5 million in 2015 while competing successfully in graded/group company around the world. And he ranked as the region's leading 2-year-old sire by winners and earnings!
El Padrino's first foals arrived in 2015 and are knockouts just like their sire! A son of Pulpit, El Padrino has a ton of flash, a ton of talent and is from a superb family, and has been the most sought after stallion in the Mid-Atlantic region, covering nearly 200 mares his first two seasons!
Fairbanks ranked third on the Mid-Atlantic region's leading active sires list in 2015, counting among his runners Commonwealth Derby-G2 winner One Go All Go, who was graded stakes-placed at 2. In fact seven of Fairbanks' 11 lifetime stakes horses hit the board in stakes at 2 and include 2015 performers Gala's Bank and Jeezum Jim.
Medallist has been a goldmine for winners and stakes performers his entire career. The graded stakes winner had the highest percentage of winners from starters in the Mid-Atlantic in 2012, 2013 and 2015 (50-plus starters).
Bullsbay was the leading freshman sire in the Mid-Atlantic region in 2014, with two stakes performers from his first two runners, including Maryland-bred champion 2-year-old filly Miss Bullistic. His first-crop runners have average earnings of $74,000-plus.
