Louisiana-based stallion Musket Man, a mutiple graded stakes winner on the racetrack, was represented by his first winner on Sunday when Ostrolenka took down a Belmont Park maiden special weight by 14 1/2 lengths, as reported by The Blood-Horse.

A homebred for Eric Fein, who also owned Musket Man, Ostrolenka is out of the Louis Quatorze mare Pumpkin's Pride and is trained by Todd Pletcher.

Musket Man, in addition to his graded stakes wins, was Grade 1 placed on several occasions, including third-place finishes in the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes in 2009. He stands at Elite Thoroughbreds for $2,500.
