Grade 1 winner, Leofric will stand his first season at stud in 2020 at Rockridge Stud in Hudson, N.Y.
Earning close to $1 million, the son of Candy Ride was the victor in 2018's Grade 1 Clark Handicap, earning a 102 Beyer Speed Figure. He also tallied victories in the G2 Fayette Stakes and G3 West Virginia Governor's Stakes.
Bred by Peter Blum and never off the board in 14 starts, Leofric will stand at Rockridge as the property of a syndicate.
Leofric is out of the unraced Unbridled's Song mare Lady Godiva, whose two foals to race are both winners. He hails from the extended family of Grade 1 winner Well Chosen Grade 3 winners Multiple Choice and In Contention, and graded-placed Silver City and Elope.
Limited shares in the stallion are available. He is available for inspection at the farm by appointment.
