A British horse owner awoke one night recently to distressed neighing, but was unable to locate her horse, Harvey.
Pheobe Garlick of Somerset discovered the horse at the bottom of a six-foot sinkhole, with all his legs submerged in mud.
Local fire and rescue services worked with veterinarians and a local farmer to pull the horse free, according to a report by The Telegraph. Amazingly, Harvey appeared unharmed, if a little stiff from the experience, which was captured on video.
