Flashy Bull Moving to Penn Ridge Farms

Flashy Bull, son of Holy Bull, will move from Airdrie Stud in Midway, Ky., to Penn Ridge Farms in Harrisburg, Pa. for the 2014 season, according to a report by The Blood-Horse.

The 10-year-old sire of Flashy American will stand for $4,500.

He joins Penn Ridge's roster, which includes Messner, Petitionville, and Uptowncharlybrown.

In his time at stud so far, Flashy Bull has produced three crops of racing age and a total of 10 stakes winners, including Flashy Lassie and Balooga Bull, both of whom won multiple stakes this year. A Kentucky Derby starter in 2006, Flashy Bull won the Grade 1 Stephen Foster and the Grade 3 William Donald Schaefer for owner West Point Thoroughbreds and trainer Kiaran McLaughlin.
