Freshman sire Flashback, owned by Gary and Mary West, joins the 2019 roster at Glenn and Becky Brok's Diamond B Farm in Mohrsville, Penn.

Flashback is the sire of Grade 1 performer Boujie Girl, as well as Tripwire, who was second by only a half-length in the G3 Grey Stakes.

Trained by Bob Baffert for all but one of his career starts, Flashback showed his brilliance in the G2 Robert B. Lewis Stakes, winning by 6 ¼ lengths in only his second outing. He was runner up in the G2 San Felipe Stakes and was narrowly defeated as the favorite in the $750,000 G1 Santa Anita Derby.

“We are very excited about Flashback coming to Diamond B. He has active 2-year-olds and they are doing well,” commented farm owner, Glenn Brok. “We have so much respect for Gary and Mary West and are happy they have chosen to enter the lucrative Pennsylvania breeding market. The state-bred program has a lot to offer breeders, and Flashback will enhance their choices when it comes time to book their mares.”

Flashback will stand in 2019 for $3,500 live foal with special consideration to mares foaling in Pennsylvania. He joins Eastwood, also new to Diamond B Farm, $2,500; Social Inclusion, who has relocated from Florida, standing for $5,000; Talent Search, $2,500, and Uptowncharlybrown, whose 2019 fee is $4,500.
