Multiple graded stakes winner Etched was represented by his first winner when the 2-year-old filly Eve broke her maiden Dec. 6.
According to a report in the Blood-Horse, Eve captured the first race, a mile main track contest, at Laurel Park.
Eve was bred in Maryland by the Boniface family's Bonita Farm and is out of Cross Over Please, a winning daughter of Valley Crossing.
Etched, a 10-year-old son of Forestry out of 2001 Breeders' Cup Distaff winner Unbridled Elaine, won the G2 Meadowlands Cup in 2009 and G2 Monmouth Cup the following year.
He stands at Bonita Farm near Darlington., Md. He will stand for a fee of $3,500 in 2016.
