Distorted Humor Colt Clocks Fastest Furlong At Second OBS June Under-Tack Session

Hip No. 254, a bay colt by Distorted Humor consigned by de Meric Sales, agent, breezed an eighth in :9 4/5 to post the fastest work at the distance at the second session of the under-tack show for Ocala Breeders' Sales Co. June 2-Year-Olds in Training and Horses of Racing Age Sale.

The bay colt is a three-quarters brother to stakes winner Out for a Spin.

There were eight eighths in :10 flat.

Hip No. 233, consigned by King's Equine, agent, is a bay colt by Into Mischief out of Distorted Champ, by Distorted Humor, a half-sister to Grade 1 winner Champ Pegasus.

Hip No. 234, a dark bay or brown filly by Medaglia d'Oro consigned by King's Equine, agent for Aaron and Marie Jones LLC, is a full sister to graded stakes winner Mrs McDougal out of graded stakes winner Distorted Passion, by Distorted Humor.

Hip No. 249, consigned by Advanced Thoroughbreds LLC, is a bay filly by Commissioner out of stakes-placed Dreamed to Dream, by Deputy Wild Cat, a full-sister to stakes placed Screen to Screen.

Hip No. 297, consigned by Golden Noguez, agent, is a bay colt by Forty Tales out of Fashion Commands, by Old Fashioned, from the family of Grade 1 winner Spinning Round.

Hip No. 328, a bay filly by Jimmy Creed consigned by Grassroots Training & Sales LLC, is out of G G's a Gem, by Grindstone, from the family of stakes winner Helen Jennings.

Hip No. 371, consigned by Silver Star, agent, is a dark bay or brown filly by Overanalyze out of Headstrong Beauty, by Latent Heat, a daughter of stakes winner Beautiful Stranger.

Hip No. 400, a dark bay or brown filly by First Samurai consigned by S B M Training and Sales, agent, is out of Hula Skirt, by Dixie Union, a full sister to graded stakes winner Grasshopper.

Hip No. 422, consigned by Julie Davies LLC, agent, is a bay filly by Fast Anna out of Invalida, by Street Cry a daughter of Grade 1 winner Malibu Prayer.

Two horses shared honors for the session's fastest quarter, stopping the timer in :20 4/5.

Hip No. 388, a gray or roan filly by Adios Charlie consigned by Ocala Stud, is a half sister to stakes placed Angel's Tune out of Holiday Tune, by Concorde's Tune, a half-sister to graded stakes winner R Holiday Mood.

Hip No. 427, consigned by CM Thoroughbreds, agent, is a bay filly by Shakin It Up out of Italian Rose, by Forestry, a daughter of stakes winner Extend.

Three horses worked quarters in :21 flat.

Hip No. 221, consigned by Top Line Sales LLC, agent, is a bay filly by Speightstown out of graded stakes placed stakes winner Dazzling, by Galileo, a full sister to Grade 1 winner Roderic O'Connor.

Hip No. 256, a bay filly by Constitution consigned by Potrero Stables, is a half-sister to stakes winner Molto Bella out of Grade 1-winning OBS June graduate Dr. Zic, by Milwaukee Brew.

Hip No. 350, a dark bay or brown colt by Sky Kingdom consigned by Wavertree Stables, Inc., agent, is out of Grace Like Rain, by Stormy Atlantic, a half-sister to graded stakes placed stakes winner Room for Me.

Hip No. 364, a daughter of Palace consigned by Blue River Bloodstock, Inc., agent, breezed the day's fastest three-eighths, stopping the timer in :33 2/5. The chestnut filly is out of stakes placed Hanalei Bay, by Exploit, a daughter of stakes winner Ragtime Doll.
