Gulfstream Park will celebrate Mother's Day with a special Mother's Day Brunch in Ten Palms Restaurant and a 20-cent Rainbow 6 carryover of $1,013,327.17.
For the 24th consecutive racing day, there was no single winning ticket Saturday in the Rainbow 6. Multiple tickets with six winners returned $2,571.88.
Sunday's Rainbow 6 sequence begins with the sixth race, a maiden special weight event for fillies and mares going five furlongs on the turf. Four of the six races are scheduled on the turf.
First race post time is 1:15 p.m.
There will also be a Super Hi 5 carryover of $3,333.46.
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day's pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
