The 20-cent Rainbow 6 carryover went unsolved for the 16th consecutive racing day Saturday, producing a jackpot carryover jackpot of $605,885.54 for Sunday's 1:15 p.m. program at Gulfstream Park.
Multiple tickets with six winners were each worth $3,278.22 Saturday. There was only one live ticket going into the 12th and final race, and that was Calypso Deed, who finished last.
A total of $342,398 was wagered on the Rainbow 6 Saturday, when betting started with a $523,723.65 carryover from Saturday's card.
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day's pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
Sunday's Rainbow 6 sequence will span Races 6-11.
There will also be a Super Hi 5 carryover of $6,912.29.
