Gulfstream's Rainbow 6 is expected to top $1 million Thursday as the 20-cent wager will have a carryover of $817,189.50.
Entering Thursday's 10-race program, the Rainbow 6 has gone unsolved for 21 consecutive racing days.
The Rainbow 6 kicks off Thursday with the fifth race, a 7 ½ furlong turf event for fillies and mares. The sequence also includes four other turf races and a 4 ½ furlong event for 2-year-old fillies.
First race post is 1:15 p.m.
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day's pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
