Gulfstream Park's Saturday program, which features the first leg of the $2.9 million Florida Sire Stakes and a 12-race program with five stakes, will have a Rainbow 6 carryover of $317,841.65.
There will be a special first race post Saturday of 12:35 p.m.
Saturday's Rainbow 6 will kick off with the seventh race, a $25,000 maiden claimer over 5 1/2 furlongs. The sequence will also include the $200,000 Dr. Fager division of the Sire Stakes and the $200,000 Desert Vixen division of the Sire Stakes. Gulfstream's five stakes also include the $150,000 Three Rings. $150,000 Unbridled and $75,000 Soaring Softly.
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day's pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool. Multiple winning tickets Friday returned $362.05.
There will also be a Super Hi 5 carryover in Saturday's first race of $1,629.04.
