Interested in owning your own business, but don't have the funds to get it off the ground? Jim and Claudia Barker are offering the chance to win theirs: Big South Fork Lodge.

A short essay of 300 words or less and $200 might help you win the business of your dreams. A working equine lodge that backs up to the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area in East Tennessee, the property up for grabs includes 14 acres, two cabins, a six-car garage, 10 barns with 42 stalls, hay barn, seven-room lodge, over 15 campsites and stocked pond.

With direct access to 200 miles of Park-maintained trails, it's truly a trail rider's dream. An added bonus? The Barker's will be nearby—literally. Moving just across the street, they're more than willing to help train the lodge's new owners in how to keep things running smoothly.

Contest essays should explain how “owning this property would change your life and your expectations of owning your own business.” Each essay will be judged by a minimum of three judges who have no vested interest in the property.

Essays are due on Janyuary 31, 2016.
