A Tennessee Horse Has A House For Sale

A 20-acre farm in Sardis, Tenn., is being sold by owner—four-legged owner, that is. The aptly named Willie Neighson has become the point of contact for the 1,140-square-foot 1940s home that is currently for sale. Willie even has a blog to introduce himself to the world and to encourage people to learn more about the farm.

And, you don't even have to buy the property in person—you can buy it online. For sale for $99,000, Willie is hoping he can stay on the farm with the property's new owners.

The unique marketing strategy came from Kevin Page, the farm owner's son, who wanted to get the word out that the fully functioning farm is for sale and to help his parents downsize livestock when they move.

Page's parents have lived on the farm for about 15 years. The farm is about 100 miles from Memphis and Nashville.
