The Paulick Report is pleased to introduce a new photo/video feature that will run every other week and will spotlight stallions standing in Kentucky.
The series, put together by our friends at EquiSport Photos, will feature stallions that are either just entering stud in 2016, or stallions that have not yet had their first crop reach the racetrack.
This week's spotlight stallion is Palace Malice, a 6-year-old son of Curlin that will be standing his first season in 2016 at Three Chimneys Farm.
Palace Malice flashed talent early in his racing career, breaking his maiden as a 2-year-old at Saratoga. The bay colt blossomed as a 3-year-old, finishing second in the G1 Toyota Blue Grass Stakes before going on to capture the G1 Belmont and G2 Jim Dandy.
Palace Malice continued to improve as he got older, and had his best season as a 4-year-old, winning four of five starts – all graded stakes – including the G1 Metropolitan Handicap, G2 Gulfstream Park H., G2 New Orleans H., and the G3 Westchester Stakes.
We hope you enjoy our new feature, and we would once again like to thank our friends at EquiSport Photos for the great video.
