The Paulick Report is excited to have photographer Eric Kalet back in New York this year to share his unique perspective on Belmont Stakes week.

Each day, we'll see through Eric's eyes the preparations, festivities, and important moments leading up to the 148th running of the Grade 1 Belmont Stakes.

The Belmont contenders were out in force Wednesday morning, with some of them becoming acquainted with the track for the first time. Later in the morning, Eric traveled to Rockefeller Center to cover the post position draw for the Belmont Stakes, in addition to several other G1 races, such as the Met Mile and Woodford Reserve Manhattan.
