Orfevre Japan Triple Crown

Orfevre, the 2011 Japanese Triple Crown winner, returned to his winning ways on Sunday when he charged to a two-length victory in the Takarazuka Kinen (Jpn-I) at Hanshin Race Course.

The 4-year-old colt by Stay Gold had won six of eight starts in 2011, but had been beaten in his only two starts earlier this year.

Sunday Racing Co. Ltd., campaigns Orfevre, who improved his record to seven wins in 12 starts.
