New York City's OTB cable television channel, dormant since the city's off-track betting system was closed Dec. 8, is now receiving a horse racing feed from the New York Racing Association, which negotiated a deal with the city, paying between $2.2 million and $3.25 million per year to carry the signal. The final fee will be determined by the amount of NYRA's annual revenue, the New York Times reported.
