Bloodstock agent Dennis Stiff files for bankruptcy

Bloodstock agent Dennis Stiff, who is based in Lexington, Ky., has filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy protection, according to a report at the Blood-Horse.

The filing, which also included Stiff’s Bay Bloodstock, listed $13,915 in assets and $705,833.12 in liabilities.

Stiff filed for bankruptcy protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky on Dec. 7. All of Stiff’s assets consisted of personal property and no real property.
