I also believe that many in the US are angry at the same time for many different reasons; which are amusing if you believe in capitalism . So the Middle Eastern entities have become the Riddle's, Vanderbilt's, Widener's, Whitney's, et al of the 2000's for the US race game of TBs....good for them. Best wishes to all the competitors; best wishes to the horses and jocks that will hook up to make a spectacular day of racing...just a bit surprised that those here haven't posted a peep. And granted that Stronach has made or would the word be "inserted" better, a legitimate debate for the Eclipse awards, but honestly, as far as production and long term results to the industry, can't an argument be made for Darley and Godolphin? I just keep thinking of the industries that he is in charge of , the tracks teetering on the incompetent no-enforcement edge by securities regulators and the pat on the back that he (Stronach) continues to acheive from our own industry. Good post Ray and where is the Good News Post. In addittion, you should still try to collect funds past the 75k and post afterward as to the final results.
